THE VINEYARDS SURROUND THE CELLAR ON A SURFACE OF TEN HECTARES. PLANTED IN 1999 ON A MAINLY CLAYEY SOIL, THEY ARE LOCATED AROUND THREE HUNDRED METERS ABOVE SEA LEVEL, FACING SOUTH EAST.

The vineyards surround the cellar on a surface of ten hectares.
Planted in 1999 on a mainly clayey soil, they are located around three hundred meters above sea level, facing south east.
Yields per hectare are very low to obtain maximum quality.
Among the cultivated red berries varieties, the main one is Sangiovese, with its historical clones and traditional varieties of Canaiolo, Ciliegiolo Colorino, Malvasia Nera and Merlot.
White berries: Trebbiano Toscano, Malvasia from Chianti and Chardonnay.
Faithful to tradition, the pruning and harvesting phases are carried out by hand.
THE CELLAR IS LOCATED IN THE MIDDLE OF THE VINEYARDS. ANGELO AND GIACOMO, SONS OF THE OWNER ENRICO, SINCE 2012 HAVE FOCUSED STRONGLY ON THE ENHANCEMENT OF THEIR PRODUCTS, REMAINING TIED TO THE TRADITION OF THE TERRITORY.

The cellar is located in the middle of the vineyards.
Angelo and Giacomo, sons of the owner Enrico, since 2012 have focused strongly on the enhancement of their products, remaining tied to the tradition of the territory.
